Black Fish Project

The Black Fish Project ended in August 2014. Aysenur Karabulut had a wonderful team including Carolina Oliviera, who did the pictures above as well as other photos, Murat Esmer, who made the soundtrack for the play, Andrea de Francesco, who made the final film, Lili Kókai, who was a psychology researcher and Hayley Metcalf, who did the drama faciliation.
Together with the Bilingual School in Brighton near Falmer,  Aysenur Karabulut staged the play "Black Fish". My part was the stage-design. This included Live-animation with the program "Tagtool".

Black Fish Project was her PhD Project. She combined Psychology and Drama Faciliation with kids aged from 5 to 8 years. She tested children's self esteem while using a political story covered in a children's story by the Turkish author Semad Behrangi.

Her Project was a huge succes and I am very happy to have been part of this.
